Concerts at the Pompeii Archaeological Park: Beats of Pompeii 2026

From 24 June to 27 July 2026, the Amphitheatre of the Pompeii Archaeological Park will host the third edition of BOP – Beats of Pompeii, the summer music festival that brings live concerts into one of the most extraordinary archaeological settings in the world.

The 2026 programme includes a rich calendar of concerts with Italian and international artists, confirming Pompeii as one of the most evocative places in Italy to experience live music.

Among the announced guests are Of Monsters and Men, BEAT, Riccardo Cocciante, Pat Metheny, Opeth, Coez, Vinicio Capossela, Tropico, Riccardo Muti, Claudio Baglioni, Marcus Miller, Charlie Puth, Marillion and Savatage. The programme also includes special events connected to the summer season, such as the double concert by Nino D’Angelo and “È mio padre – Morricone dirige Morricone”, a tribute to the musical legacy of Ennio Morricone.

The 2026 edition is not only a concert series. On performance evenings, the Archaeological Park will also offer evening openings, guided visits, tastings and initiatives linked to the ancient vineyards of Pompeii. Visitors will also be able to access the Palestra Grande, where a new exhibition dedicated to the eruption of 79 AD and the plaster casts of the victims is on display.

Beats of Pompeii confirms the strong connection between archaeology and contemporary culture: the Roman Amphitheatre becomes a living stage, where the power of history meets different musical languages, from rock to classical music, from jazz to Italian songwriting.

For updated information on dates, tickets and access procedures, visitors should check the official website of the Pompeii Archaeological Park and authorised ticketing platforms.
