Casa di Fabius AmandiusThe house is small in size, which suggests it belonged to a member of Pompeii's middle class. The modest dimensions led the builders to maximize the use of space. The upper floor has a long balcony facing the Via dell'Abbondanza. The rainwater collection basin (impluvium) features a beautiful mosaic floor. The small garden is enclosed by walls frescoed with plant motifs.
